DNIM 2022 kicks off with virtual challenge series for runners
The Manulife Da Nang International Marathon (DNIM) 2022 has kicked off with virtual challenge series entitled "MOVE for Viet Nam – Make Every Day Better". The virtual event runs through from January 22 to 24.
The international event was opened with the "Warm Up" challenge, starting from today, January 22. . Entrants will need to download the ManulifeMOVE app to record finish times anytime between now and the close of the Challenge Virtual on January 24. All entrants who are Vietnamese citizens and expats in Viet Nam will have the opportunity to show their company pride by seeing their finish times on the ManulifeMOVE app.
After the "Warm Up" challenge, the event remain open to the following challenges: "Spreading" from January 27 to 28, "Speed up" from February 11 to February 15, "Conquer" from February 21 to 27, and "Find your finish line with Da Nang Marathon" from March 3 to 12. The entrants are required to donate one tree to the forests of Ben En and Xuan Lien in Thanh Hoa Province after completing each challenge. The event’s organizers has committed to donate a maximum of 5,000 trees during the challenge series.
The organizers of DNIM 2022 is calling on young people to register to become a volunteer for the event regardless of age and gender. The deadline for registration is February 28. Each volunteer will be an ambassador to promote the beautiful images of Da Nang to friends all over the country.
