Paintings, photos go on public display to raise funds for cancer patients
As part of the volunteer project ‘One picture - many hopes’, an exhibition of paintings and photos themed ‘Da Nang - the return day’ with the aim of praising the beauty of the nature and raise funds for cancer patient is taking place from March 19 to 27 at the park south of the western bank of the Dragon Bridge, opposite the Museum of Cham Sculpture.

On display are 80 photos of famous landscapes and landmarks of provinces and cities nationwide and activities at the Da Nang Oncology Hospital. In addition, there are 13 portrait paintings of pediatric cancer patients.
Artworks on display at the exhibition are sold at the same price of VND500,000 and the money will go into the fund to organise activities and give gifts to cancer patients.
During the evenings of the exhibition, students from universities and junior colleges in the city perform street music to serve visitors.
