Representatives from the consulate general of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang Hoa Vang suburban district authorities recently attended an ceremony of handing over school kitchens in Thach Nham Dong and Hoa Nhon pre-schools in Hoa Nhon Commune.

The new development costs over VND 570 million, in which, more than VND 520 million were raised by German Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, and the remainder came from Hoa Vang District’s budget.  

New school kitchens's catering service in the two pre-schools is arranged according to a one-way process to ensure food safety regulations.  Included are separate areas for food processing, storage and delivery in order to ensure that all preschoolers are able to eat a school lunch safely at their semi-boarding schools.

New school kitchens helps the two semi-boarding pre-schools in Hoa Nhon Commune make sure that the provision of healthy foods meets the requirements for children.
