In the 2021 Open Enrollment Period, the Viet Nam - Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU) is slated to present "giant" awards to the valedictorian, salutatorian and the top 10 students having the highest entrance score.

The awards are covered by the corporate funding source and the school’s scholarship funds.

Accordingly, the scholarship for the valedictorian is valued at VND35 million, whilst 25VND million for the salutatorian, and 10 VND million for each member of the top 10 student with the highest entrance scores .

Also, students owning good academic results during the school year will attain many scholarships such as study encouragement scholarships each semester with a minimum equivalent to the tuition fee, or scholarships from businesses and sponsoring organisations.

The total value of scholarships and financial aids given out this year for outstanding students will be nearly VND5 billion.

During the school year, VKU enrolls 1,200 students for 3 majors, namely Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Engineering Technology, and opens 4 new majors, namely Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Digital Art Design, Digital Travel and Tourism Management, Logistics and Digital Supply Chain Management.
