Promoting publicity effectiveness of electronic information sites
Da Nang People's Committee Vice Chairwoman Ngo Thi Kim Yen, Head of the Editorial Board of the Da Nang e-Portal, on Thursday extended her best wishes to relevant units and the Da Nang e-Portal on the 97th anniversary of the Viet Nam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21).
She hailed the Da Nang e-Portal and electronic information sites in timely and effectively publicising a lot of information about the operating activities of the city's leaders and municipal agencies to the people.
In the coming time, the city leader suggested that there should be closer coordination between the city’s E-portal portal, the Da Nang Department of Education and Training, the Department of Information and Communications, the electronic information sites and press agencies and in dissemination and the publicity of directions and guidances released by the municipal authorities.
She also underlined a need to upgrade the city’s E-portal in a great effort to further improve the quality of information content so that it will become a highly reliable information channel, thereby contributing to the city’s stable development.
As reported by Ms. Nguyen Le Hoa, the Director of the city's E-portal, in the first half of 2022, the relevant units effectively managed the operation of websites with 3,250 news articles, 517 executive instructions, 498 published documents, as well as received and answered 315 questions raised by residents.
The content posted on the city’s E-portal increased compared to the same period of the previous years.
Currently, in addition to the city’s E-portal fanpage, which is operating stably, attracting a large number of followers, the city’s E-portal has deployed more information channels on Zalo and Youtube, expanding the source of information to the general public.
On this occasion, certificates of merit from the Da Nang People's Committee Chairman were awarded to 7 units in recognition of outstanding achievements in the management and operation of the websites in the 2019 - 2021 period.
