As of 5.00 pm on 22 June, the number of confirmed coronavirus (known as Covid-19) cases around the world has jumped to 9,067,357.

Viet Nam has reported no new domestic transmissions for 67 straight days, and the country has remained unchanged in its case numbers at 349 with 327 recoveries and no deaths, according to the latest figures from Viet Nam's National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on June 22 afternoon. There are 22 Covid-19 patients currently in hospitals nationwide, of whom, two tested negative for the virus once, and test results came back negative for four others at least twice.

Thus far six people have been diagnosed with the disease in Da Nang, and all of them have been cleared of the virus.
