PM congratulates German Chancellor on taking office

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has sent a letter of congratulations to Olaf Scholz on his taking office as Chancellor of Germany.

The same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also extended congratulations to Annalena Baerbock on her appointment as Foreign Minister of Germany.
