The Da Nang People's Committee has issued a plan to implement Resolution No. 72/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 17, 2021 of the municipal People's Council stipulating a number of specific mechanisms and policies to support the construction of new-styled rural areas in Hoa Vang District in the 2022 – 2025 period.

Accordingly, main tasks need to be implemented, including building a list of expected support, specific norms, mechanisms and policies for the construction of new-styled rural areass in Hoa Vang District in the 2022-2025 period and identifying the list of projects to boost rural infrastructure, production development, craft villages and collective economy and publicly and widely announcing specific norms, mechanisms and policies

The plan aims to give a facelift to Hoa Vang District by 2030, with a vision towards 2020. By 2025, 100%  communes will have met the new-styled, enhanced rural area standards, of which at least three will become typical new-styled rural areas, and Hoa Vang District will become a town.
