Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will lead a high-ranking delegation of Viet Nam to attend a summit commemorating the 45^th anniversary of the ASEAN-EU relations in Brussels on December 14 and pay official visits to Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Belgium from December 9 to 15.

The tour will be made at the invitation of President of the European Council Charles Michel, PM of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel, PM of the Netherlands Mark Rutte, and PM of Belgium Alexander De Croo, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
