Da Nang officials visit Kisarazu City

Within the framework of their ongoing business trip to Japan, a group of Da Nang officials led by Municipal Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang on Tuesday morning visited Kisarazu City located in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.

During his meeting with Da Nang visitors , Kisarazu City Mayor Watanabe Yoshikuni said that he was very pleased to welcome the city’s delegation, especially Municipal Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang

On March 8, Kisarazu City established 6 human resource training teams in the fields of health and caring for older adults after working with the Da Nang Department of Foreign Affairs and receiving strong support from the Vietnamese coastal city. Currently, Da Nang is being helped with training its 8 students, and they are expected to come to Kisarazu to work after August.

"At present, economic growth for Japan, and the world as a whole, continues to pick up gradually. We are very pleased that Mikazuki Group has operated effectively in Da Nang, thereby contributing to strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two localities. At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Da Nang visitors to Kisarazu City to organize investment promotion seminar," said Mayor Watanabe Yoshikuni.

On behalf of the Da Nang delegation, Municipal Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang thanked leaders of Kisarazu City for the respectful and warm welcome his group received.

Mr Quang expressed his delight at fine development of bilateral ties since establishment of cooperative relations with Kisarazu City in 2019. The bilateral cooperation between the two localities have been enhanced and reaped fruitful results despite the complex COVID-19 pandemic. The Da Nang Party Chief also expressed his deep impressed for the development of Kisarazu City.

Mr Quang also agreed with Mayor Kisarazu in training high-quality human resources which play a vital role in driving the local socio-economic development. Therefore, Da Nang is willing to cooperate with Kisarazu City in this aspect as it is home to many universities to develop quality human resources for itself and Central Viet Nam as a whole, he added.

The Da Nang top leader remarked that investors from Kisarazu City, and Japan at large, are welcome to Da Nang to put their money into the city’s projects.

Mikazuki Group's effective operation in Da Nang is a proof of successful investment of Japanese businesses in the Vietnamese central city. This positive result is mainly attributed to timely and active support from the Da Nang government and relevant local agencies given to the Mikazuki Group during its project implementation process, even in the time of the COVID-19 crisis.

As a result, Mikazuki Group's project was carried out in Da Nang on schedule. Till date, Mikazuki Group's new development in Da Nang has attracted a large number of domestic and international tourists.

Recently, the Da Nang government has allowed Mikazuki Group to build a friendship bridge across Nguyen Tat Thanh coastal route.

Mikazuki Group's successful investment in Da Nang has motivated more Japanese businesses to seek investment opportunities in the city.

Mr Quang said that Da Nang will organize the Viet Nam - Japan Cultural Week in July 2023 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and Japan. Hence, he took the opportunity to invite Mr Watanabe Yoshikuni and representatives of art associations and art troupes from Kisarazu City to visit Da Nang and participate in the festival.
