On Wednesday, the LienVietPostBank donated more than 37.2 billion VND to the Da Nang Cancer Hospital.

The donated money will be used to purchase modern medical equipment to provide better medical examinations and treatment for its patients, as well as to conduct even more research on cancer. 

To date, the LienVietPostBank is the largest donor amongst the city’s commercial banks to provide financial assistance for the cancer hospital.

The hospital is planning to increase the number of patient beds from its current 500 up to 1,000 to meet increasing demand, especially from poor families.
