August 19, 2019, 16:15 [GMT+7]
After 4 months of restoration, the Thai Lai Village Communal House in Hoa Nhon Commune, Da Nang’s Hoa Vang District, officially reopened to the public on Sunday. The event aimed to mark the 10th anniversary of the site’s recognition as city-level historical and cultural relic site.
Over 2.5 billion from the city budget has been spent on refurbishing the house.
The house was built in 1811 during the reign of King Gia Long of the Nguyen Dynasty. After 5 restoration times, the communal house has still retained its ancient architectural styles.
