On behalf of Da Nang Newspaper’s staff, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Tran Thi Thu Thuy, on Friday afternoon, donated personal protective equipment to health workers in the blockaded Lung Hospital to support them in the fight against Covid-19.

The donations consisted of 1,000 surgical N95 respirators and a barrel of non-toxic hand sanitizer.  It was worth praising that the Newspaper’s staff members had spent their own money on purchasing these donated items.

In the time ahead, our newspaper will continue our efforts in appealing for more support from philanthropists across the country for health workers and other functional forces who are joining the frontline in Da Nang's combat against a new wave of Covid-19 infections.
