Twenty-three more patients in Da Nang given all-clear from coronavirus

Twenty-three more patients have been given all-clear from coronavirus following between three and five negative Covid-19 tests, raising the total cured cases in Da Nang to 84 till date, the Da Nang Department of Health said.

The recovered people left the Hoa Vang Field Hospital on Tuesday after they had made a full recovery from the illness, and they are no longer contagious as they no longer suffer from fever, cough and shortness of breath.

Amongst the fully-recovered patients, four patients were sent to the the Da Nang Dermatology Hospital for isolation and monitoring their underlying diseases
Among the recovered people, four with underlying health conditions were sent to the Da Nang Dermatology Hospital for isolation in 14 days and further care.

Among the recovered people are 18 from Da Nang and one from Quang Nam Province. The hospital used its specialised vehicles to carry these recovered people home. The close monitoring of these patients will be put in place during their 14-day self- quarantine period at their places of residence following the Health Ministry’s guidelines after they are back in their own home.

The remainder with chronic kidney disease were sent to the Da Nang Dermatology Hospital for isolation in 14 days and futher care. Medical staff of the Dermatology Hospital will take them to the C Hospital to receive the treatment thrice a week.
