Da Nang enforces stricter penalties for those who leave home without valid reason
Taskforces at checkpoints across Da Nang pulled out all stops on Friday morning, with the municipal government signing an order that adds stricter enforcement and penalties for those who leave home without 'reasonable excuse'

Vehicles and persons that are allowed to pass through the checkpoints include ambulances, fire trucks, police vehicles, vehicles with priority badges, The hearse convoy, police officers, military personnel, journalists, people with proper travel permits, people who get vaccinated, those with QR code entry cards to traditional markets, leaving home to undertake legal duties, and those who go to their appointment for the medical exam.
Taskforces at checkpoints and patrol forces have been given the power to impose strictest penalties for intentional acts, and require persons who donot show proof of valid reason for leaving home to go back to their home.
The taskforce are tightening controls at local lockdown areas with allowing people and vehicles to leave or enter these areas only for serving COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work, fire fighting and rescue activities, and emergency cases.
