Da Nang Department of Health on Thursday received the nearly VND 13.5 billion RT-PCR testing system donated by the Ho Chi Minh City - based Duy Tan Plastic Company. The donated medical device is the next-generation automatic test system, made in Switzerland in 2021. The system is already installed in the Da Nang Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.

Mr Duong Dinh Lieu, the Vice Chairman of Da Nang Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front, said that the donated medical device from the Ho Chi Minh City - based Duy Tan Plastic Company is very helpful to Da Nang to increase COVID-19 capacity testing to keep up rising cases fueled by the highly contagious delta variant in order to help the city to curb the spread of the virus and successfully contain the pandemic.
