36 new COVID-19 recoveries recorded in Da Nang on Oct. 6
Da Nang recorded 36 recoveries on Wednesday, October 6, taking total recoveries to 3,099 since August 25, the municipal Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in its latest COVID-19 bulletin said.
Currently, 88 infected patients are being treated at the field hospital, one patient is under treatment at the Hoa Vang District Medical Centre, and 17 others are receiving treatment at the Lung Hospital.
Overall, 96 people, including 5 requiring critical care, are being treated for the coronavirus in Da Nang’s hospitals, of whom, 17 tested negative for the virus once while tests on 30 others came back negative twice.
At present, there are 313 people who are being placed under quarantine in 14 designated facilities across the city.
The number of locked down areas in Da Nang has reduced to 3, and there are 78 families with 301 people in total under medical isolation.
With 862,646 doses administered in total, 769,606 people across Da Nang or 88% of the city’s adult population have now been vaccinated with a first dose while 91,247 people or 10.6% have had both doses.
