Da Nang-based karaoke parlor fined for violating COVID restrictions

The Lien Chieu District authorities in Da Nang have imposed a fine on the owner of the Sac Mau (Colours) karaoke parlor located at 29 Ngo Van So, Hoa Khanh Nam Ward for violating ban on all non-essential services amid COVID-19 threats.
On October 18, through their surprise inspection of the Sac Mau karaoke parlor, the district's functional forces caught red-handed 4 rooms still serving a total of 22 guests.
The owner of this entertainment setting then admitted to her violation.
The Da Nang government has ordered the citywide closure of some non-essential services as discotheques, bars, karaoke and massage parlors as part of the city's efforts to contain the COVID-19 surge.
