Land prices set for some new resettlement projects

The Da Nang People's Committee has issued regulations on the land prices at a number of resettlement projects in Hoa Vang, Ngu Hanh Son and Thanh Khe districts.

Specifically, at the Hoa Lien 3 Resettlement Area in Hoa Vang District, the residential land price on 5.5m-wide streets with cross-sections of (3.0-5.5-3.0)m has been fixed at VND493,000/m2 for households affected by local urban development projects.

The residential land price on 5.5m-wide Huynh Tinh Street with cross sections of (3.0-5.5-3.0)m at the residential area project south of Cam Le Bridge has been set at VND905,000/m2.

In Ngu Hanh Son District, the price of VND3.080 million/m2 has been set for 7.5m-wide Hoai Thanh with cross sections of (4.0-7.5-4.0)m in residential area south of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge. Meanwhile, the residential land on 10.5m-wide Le Tri Vien Street in the Binh Ky resettlement area in Hoa Quy ward has been priced at VND10.34 million/m2.

In Thanh Khe District, the land price in the residential area project west of a reservoir which is part of the second stage of the Phan Lang 2 Residential Area project in An Khe ward, has been applied at VND18.83 million/m2 for planned roads with cross-sections of (3.0 -7.5-3.0)m, at VND17.23 million /m2 for roads with cross-sections of (3-5.5-3)m, and at VND15,507 million /m2 for roads with cross- sections of (1.5-5.5-0)m.
