Mr. Than Duc Minh, Chairman of the Hoa Khanh Nam Ward People's Committee in Lien Chieu District, Da Nang said that, through the inspection by local functional forces, up to the present time, the owners of  illegally-constructed facilities on Hoang Minh Thao Street have already dismantled some makeshift structures such as roofs and auxiliary works. However, permanent structures like houses have yet to be taken down so far.

It is expected that, after June 2022, the ward’s authorities will coordinate with relevant other units to completely dismantle illegal works on Hoang Minh Thao Street in accordance with the regulations.

Currently, the local authorities is still mobilising the related people to promptly carry out the dismantlement of the illegally-developed main structures.

Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, Vice Captain of the Urban Rule Inspection Team of Lien Chieu District, said that the team is waiting for the plan of the Hoa Khanh Nam Ward People's Committee in organising and deploying forces to conduct the dismantling of the illegal works. Under the rules, the Hoa Khanh Nam Ward People's Committee will take charge of dismantling illegal works. The district’s Urban Rule Inspection Team, together with the police force and related units, will give support.
