The Da Nang Youth Union, the Youth Federation, the Students’ Association, the Council of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers and some related units jointly launched a series of volunteer activities on Saturday in response to the ‘Youth Day with actions to celebrate the 12^th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2022-2027 tenue’.

The Youth Union in collaboration with the municipal Young Entrepreneurs’ Association handed over a repaired house to Vo Tieu Cam (fifth, left), with a total repair cost of VND70 million.

Specifically, the municipal Youth Union and the municipal Youth Federation worked with the Trade Union Organisation of the Hi-Tech Park and Da Nang Industrial Parks to donate 97 gifts valued at VND500,000, plus milk for unemployed pregnant workers, and those nursing children under 12 months, due to the suspension of the SSLV Da Nang Co., Ltd.

In addition, the Youth Union in collaboration with the municipal Young Entrepreneurs’ Association handed over a repaired house to Vo Tieu Cam, 22, residing in Duong Son Village, Hoa Tien Commune, Hoa Vang District, with a total repair cost of VND70 million.

Also on the same day, the city's young people in 56 wards and communes citywide took part in environmental cleanup operations, including clearing environmental pollution hotspots, cleaning roads, clearing sewers, and removing illegal advertising.
