Ms. Le Phuong Cam Vi, a representative of the restaurant, said that before adding trays of ‘banh hoi’ (flat rice vermicelli), ‘banh xeo’ (crispy Vietnamese sizzling pancakes), ‘banh cuon’ (steamed rolled pancakes) and ‘bun thit nuong’ (vermicelli noodles with grilled pork) to the menu, the restaurant has conducted surveys to learn about the eating habits of people in Central Viet Nam.

Aside from ensuring the perfect balance of ingredients, beautifully-presented trays of specialities and exclusive dipping sauces have brought a new taste experience to diners.

Most notably, on the first and the fifteenth days of each lunar month, the restaurant offers a vegetarian buffet with 30-50 frugal and nutritious dishes.

In addition to delicious food, the restaurant is very inviting to diners, especially groups of family members, to enjoy country cuisine or family-styled meals thanks to its unique architecture featuring the delicate interference between the past and the present.

Chefs of the restaurant carefully choose each suitable ingredient and seasoning, aiming to help diners feel the taste of home dishes.

For instance, they must add chili powder and Hue-style ‘mam ruoc’ (fermented shrimp paste) to Hue-style dishes.

Fully enjoying the quintessence of Central regional cuisine is a beautiful experience that the restaurant wants to bring to diners this summer.

Accordingly, guests can choose to enjoy the country buffet on Friday nights with a variety of attractive dishes that change weekly. Here, you can stop at the delicious grilled area with honey glazed roasted chicken, roasted suckling pig, grilled octopus with satay, grilled oysters with spring onions and oil, and others.
