Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Tran Chi Cuong, on Monday, led the municipal delegation to the Consulate General of Russia in the city to express condolences over a terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow on March 22 evening (local time) that left over 130 people dead and more than 180 injured.

Signing the condolence book, Mr. Cuong extended the most profound sympathies of the Vietnamese Government, people, and himself to the Russian Government, people and families of the victims.

He hoped that the victims' families in particular, and the Government and people of Russia, will soon overcome the pain and loss. He also wished a speedy recovery to the injured, and continued peace and prosperity for Russia and its people.
