A scale of prices for residential land in Da Nang has been adopted at the recent 11^th session of the municipal People's Council in its 8^th tenure for the 2011 - 2016 term.  The new prices will apply for the next 5 years, with effect from 1 January 2015.

For residential land in urban areas, the highest price of 22.7 million VND/m² will be set for land lots with facades onto main streets, whilst the lowest price of 400,000 VND/m² will be applied for land lots in local alleys.

The highest and lowest rural residential land prices in delta areas with concrete roads will be 1.5 million VND/m² and 130,000 VND/m² respectively, and in mountainous areas the range will be from 500,000 VND/m² down to 42,000 VND/m².
