In particular, the Kreves Halla project and the adjacent golf driving range on the eastern side of Lotte Mart will be developed into a new, modern and ecological urban area. It will feature 300m2 villas along with areas of green trees, plus riverside high-rise buildings. Land near the city’s General Science Library on Bach Dang will also be similarly developed.
The 32ha expanded Vietland project will consist of 120 villas and terraced houses, along with green tree areas and a road network.
The 28,178m2 Post Office Hospital No 3 project in Lien Chieu District’s Hoa Minh Ward and Thanh Khe District’s Thanh Khe Tay Ward will now feature 137 townhouses.
Also, approval has been given to widen Alley No 211 on Nguyen Van Thoai in Son Tra District’s Phuoc My Ward.
At the Da Nang Technical University of Medicine and Pharmacy project on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia in Ngu Hanh Son District, the university’s meeting hall and a library will be removed and instead developed into a 3,404m2, 17-storey hospital practise block.
The Hoa Khuong Pre-school project in Hoa Vang District’s Phu Son 2 Village will be expanded, whilst around 3,980m2 will be used as a temporary site for the An Hai Bac Market whilst it is being re-built.
