According to the Authority of Da Nang's Hi-Tech Park and industrial parks (IPs), the city-based Kcon Construction Investment Corporation and the Thang Dat JSC have together won a bid, worth 175.9 billion VND, to implement the 3^rd stage of levelling ground at the Hi-tech Park project.

Under the bid, the group will build the roads, sewage and rainwater drainage systems, lighting systems, and pedestrian areas, plus plant trees along streets No 19 and 22. The total cost of the construction work is nearly 196 billion VND, up 0.5% compared with the value of the bidding package.
