Appeals for investment inflows are being made to implement 4 affordable social housing projects for low-income earners in Da Nang.

In particular, the first project will be constructed on the B4-1 and B4-2 land lots, covering an area of 42,784m², in Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area, Lien Chieu District, whilst the 2^nd project will be built on an area of 27,755m² in the Hoa Cam Industrial Park in Cam Le District.

The construction of the 3^rd and 4^th projects, with areas of 17.111m² and 29,375m² respectively, will be underway on the southern side of Cam Le Bridge in Hoa Vang District.

The Da Nang Management Board of the Industrial and Civil Engineering Construction and Investment Projects and the city’s Management Board of Infrastructure and Urban Development Investment Projects are jointly preparing for the selection of investors through bids in accordance with the city’s regulations.
