The Da Nang government has issued a dispatch related to the review, adjustment and planning of urban zoning for its sub-divisions.

Accordingly, the municipal administration has asked relevant agencies to submit all of the written comments on zoning planning projects from organisations and individuals to the municipal Department of Construction within 10 days since their reception.

At the request of the Da Nang government, the municipal Department of Construction will issue widely publicising information on the zoning planning projects to collect constructive comments and opinions from the residential community.

As for the implementation progress of specific zoning planning, 5 functional sub-divisions, namely hillside urban area, Hoa Vang urban district capital, Lien Chieu seaport, innovation and high technology sites (excluding the area to implement the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park project), consulting units shall complete subdivision planning projects before September 30 for the collection of opinions and appraisals of the dossiers and then make submissions to the Ministry of Construction for approval before December.

As for other 4 urban subdivisions, namely green core centre, airport, along the Da Nang Bay, along the Han River and the eastern bank, the municipal government has directed the project developers to adjust the contract implementation time, ensuring that consulting units shall complete the subdivision planning before September 30 to serve as a basis for collecting opinions, appraising and adjusting dossiers, and reporting them to the Ministry of Construction for approval by late this year. 

The above-mentioned official dispatch also sets specific schedules for the Competion and approval of the remaining subdivisions.

In detail, the consultancy for the high-tech agricultural sub-division will be complete in December 2022 and its approval will be slated to be made in March 2023.

As for the hi-tech sub-division, the consultancy headline is set in May 2023 and this project is expected to be approved in August 2023.

The consultancy for the sub-divisions of Khe Ram area and the top and the foot of the Ba Na Mountain must be reach completion not later than October 2022 and the approval will be made in January 2023.

As for the sub-division of Dong Nghe Lake area, the consultancy for this project is scheduled to be completed in January 2023 and the approval deadline will be April 2023.

The consultancy for the sub-division of the Bac (North) River and the area along the National Highway 14G will be completed in October 2022 and it will be approved by January 2023.
