The ongoing Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2023 is an event to lure influx of tourists near and far. On this occasion, many tourists and investors are interested in the real estate market. Taking advantage of this highly attractive festival, many real estate brokers and distributors introduce land products and high-class apartments to potential buyers.

DIFF 2023 is expected by many investors as well as real estate brokers to make the real estate situation brighter after 4 years of decline and depression. Before the opening day of DIFF 2023, along Tran Hung Dao Street, Son Tra District, opposite a fireworks view stand, some people put up billboards selling land.

Available on social networking sites is information about land products at popular projects such Golden Hills, the southern part of Hoa Xuan Ward, coastal Son Tra and Ngu Hanh Son districts with the target of attracting potential buyers who are investors and highly qualified employees from other cities and provinces during their stay in Da Nang for DIFF 2023.

Along Tran Hung Dao Street and some main downtown routes, besides billboards promoting DIFF 2023, there are many ones promoting the Sun Cosmo Residence Da Nang luxury real estate complex project near the corner of the eastern end of Tran Thi Ly Bridge and Tran Hung Dao Street.

Belong to the tourist service area along the Han River, this project is expected to be a project to create a boost for the market to get a more vibrant ambiance.

The Cosmo subdivision of this project was launched by Sun Property, a member of the Sun Group on May 28 in Da Nang.

Currently, there are distributors and brokers who actively call for potential customers to make deposits for the purchase of apartments in many housing development projects in the city.

Typically, right after the first fireworks performance show, an apartment distribution unit at The Sang Residence project located in Khue My Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District ran an event to inform the project progress, announcing that the project is slated to reach completion within 2023 and apartments can be handed over to customers in the first quarter of 2024.

A real estate broker in Ngu Hanh Son District said, “Thanks to the attraction brought about by the DIFF 2023, many customers have paid deposits for buying apartments at The Sang Residence project. By the evening of June 7, only 30 apartments had been available for sales”.

In particular, after a period of construction and completion, the FPT Da Nang Urban JSC will hold a handover ceremony for the apartments of FPT Plaza No. 2 apartment building on June 16 for customers and continue to hand over others to other customers in  the remaining days of June.

This is not only a bright signal for the real estate market in the context that it has not yet recovered after COVID-19 but it also shows strong commitment by the city's housing developers to ensuring ideal places worth living in a bid to attract tourists, investors, and highly qualified workers to the city in the coming time.

Recently, the Da Nang Department of Construction has issued many notices that future houses are eligible to be sold in such projects as the Hoa Quy - Dong No riverside urban area in Ngu Hanh Son District, the Central Coast hotel and apartment complex project located at Vo Nguyen Giap, Son Tra District, the tourist service area along the Han River in Son Tra District and The Filmore apartment in Hai Chau District.

It is highly recommended by the competent authority that, before making a deposit or signing a contract to buy apartments in housing projects, potential buyers need to carefully learn about the project's legality, especially notices on housing units formed in the future eligible to be sold.
