The Organizing Committee of the Da Nang Golf Tourism Festival 2022 on Tuesday held a press conference to announce the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2022.

Mrs Truong Thi Hong Hanh, the Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism said that this is the first time Da Nang has organised a large-scale golf tournament, and expressed her belief that this event would bring great opportunity to Da Nang to promote the images of people and landscapes of the city, and Viet Nam as a whole, and attract golf lovers and tourists.

Mr Tran Anh Tuan, the Deputy Director General of BRG Group which is the sponsor's representative, said that the Group is committed to creating the most favourable conditions for the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2022 to be held successfully in the city while working closely with the Asian Development Tour and the Da Nang authorities to bring the most impressive tournament and unforgettable experiences to all golfers and visitors during the festival.

The Da Nang Golf Tourism Festival 2022 will feature an array of exciting events, including an international seminar on golf tourism development, exhibition featuring booths displaying golf equipment, golf experiences, city tours, a food promotion programme, Miss Golf Viet Nam and volunteer activities. The highlight of the Da Nang Golf Tourism Festival is the Asian Development Golf Tournament, also known as the Danang Fantatiscity Championship, which is slated to take place in Da Nang from August 30 - September 2.

BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 which spreads its message of ‘Infinite Connections' promises more attractive event performances as well as surprises for golfers and tourists in August. The Golf Tournament emblems and symbols with the image of Da Nang’s bridges. This international sporting event will offer the chance for Vietnamese golfers to connect with their rivals around the world as well as bring the image of Viet Nam closer to international friends.

The Da Nang Golf Tourism Festival 2022 will take place in the city from August 28 to September 2, and it is expected to see the participation of 144 international professional golfers. The tournament will offer total prize money of USD 75,000 this year.
