The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the Viet Nam-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VN-UK) under the University of Da Nang, and the Da Nang Business Incubator (DNES) has jointly launched the coding competition Youth On! Hackathon 2023 Competition.

The annual activity is part of the Healthy cities for adolescents (HCA) project at the second stage in Da Nang.

Notably, this year's competition aims to celebrate the UNICEF-hosted World Children's Day (November 20) and commemorate the adoption of the Charter on Children's Rights.

The theme of the competition is to develop technology solutions related to mental health.

The contest is open to teenagers aged 14-19 living in Da Nang. Its final round is expected to be held in late November 2023.
