Head of Party Central Committee's Commission for Internal Affairs pays Tet trip to Da Nang
On Tuesday afternoon, Politburo member, Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Internal Affairs Phan Dinh Trac paid an early Tet visit to the Da Nang leaders.

Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee cum Head of the city's National Assembly Deputies’ delegation Nguyen Van Quang chaired the reception.
Also attending at the reception were Deputy Secretary of the municipal Party Committee cum Chairman of the municipal People's Council Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee cum Chairman of the People's Committee Le Trung Chinh, Chairman of the Da Nang Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Ngo Xuan Thang, Head of the municipal Party Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs Vo Cong Chanh, and Commander of the municipal Military High Command Nguyen Quoc Huong.
During his meeting with the city leaders, Head Phan Dinh Trac highly lauded the Party, government and people of Da Nang for their great efforts in taking numerous synchronous, drastic and effective solutions to control COVID-19 over the past two years. He also spoke highly the city’s positive achievements, including the good growth rate of the local economy, and State budget collection exceeding the year’s plan.
Wishing the Party, government, people and armed forces of the city a healthy and happy Tet, the national high-ranking official hoped that Da Nang will continue its efforts to overcome challenges and difficulties well, regain its economic growth momentum, and develop into a livable, and a green-clean-beautiful city, in the time to come.

For his part, Secretary Quang expressed his thank to the visitor for his congratulatory comments for the city. He added, in the past two years, the pandemic-triggered difficulties have affected the city’s economic development indicators.
He also briefed his guest on the city’s most remarkable achievements in various aspects, notably in COVID-19 prevention and control work, audit and inspection conclusions.
He remarked, with the support of the Central Committee, and the Central Committee for Internal Affairs and other branches and cities, Da Nang has taken the initiative to remove obstacles within its authority, thereby making an important contribution to freeing up resources.
The city Party chief hoped that Mr Tac would continue to give more active support to the city to solve problems and difficulties, thereby significantly contributing to promoting the city’s progress in the near future.
