'Spring of Love' Fair for disadvantaged people
On Saturday morning, the Phuoc Ninh Ward chapter of the Da Nang Fatherland Front Committee held a 'Spring of Love' Fair at the Sao Nam Secondary School at 52 Le Hong Phong Street with the aim to help local poor people enjoy a warm and happy Tet.

People living in difficult circumstances across the ward visited this fair and allowed to choose and buy Tet-flavored products and essentials on display at this special fair for zero dong, including 'banh chung' (square sticky rice cakes), dried water melon seeds, ginger jams, rice, instant noodles, eggs, spices, vegetables and fruits.
During the fair, the Phuoc Ninh Ward authorities, along with philanthropists, presented 650 gifts, each worth VND1 million, to poor families, people with disabilities, demobilized military soldiers, young people registering for the army, market stallholders at K78 Hoang Dieu, and other vulnerable people.
In addition, 400 gifts in cash, worth VND500,000 each were given out to needy people.
The total cost of this year's 'Spring of Love' Fair was VND1,048 billion. Visitors to the Fair were required to disinfect their hands, wear face masks, and have their temperature taken.
