Following a recent approval by the Da Nang People’s Committee, a 53,025m² land lot at the 1^st stage of the Software Park No 2 project in Hai Chau District’s Thuan Phuoc Ward will be offered for lease by auction by the end of this month.

Technical infrastructure has already completed on the soon-to-be auctioned site which has facades onto Nhu Nguyet Street and the approach road to the Thuan Phuoc Bridge.

This vacant land is being offering for commercial lease, with a compulsory construction density of 39.9%. In particular, one-off payment for the whole 50-year lease term is required.

Foreign-invested businesses and domestic economic organisations which have documents proving their legal status will be eligible for the auction.

As for compulsory conditions for bidders, they are required to make commitments to use the land for the right purposes, and implement the construction work in line with of the approved design dossiers, and ensure the on-scheduled construction progress and its quality as well.

Also, tenders must represent their deployment roadmap for their projects and pledge to complete the construction of facilities for producing and trading in IT products and its related services no later than 3 years since the date of winning bid at the auction.

Any transfers of the project will be not permitted within 5 years, from the issuance date of the investment certificate.

The municipal Property Auction Service Centre will take responsibility for implementing the auction.

The land lot will be handed over immediately after full payment has been received from successful bidder.

The auctioning revenues will go to the city budget.
