Sixteen Covid-19 patients recover, total reaches 144
Sixteen more Covid-19 patients, including 12 Viet Namese and four foreigners, have recovered and were discharged from six hospitals across the country on April 10, bringing the total number of recoveries to 144.

The information was released by the treatment sub-committee under the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.
Nine patients, including three foreigners and six Viet Namese, were treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases. They are: Patient 26 (female, 50, British); Patient 86 (female, 54, Viet Namese); Patient 94 (female, 64, Viet Namese); Patient 148 (male, 58, French); Patient 194 (female, 42, Viet Namese); Patient 202 (female, 57, Viet Namese); Patient 205 (male, 37, Viet Namese); Patient 237 (male, 64, Swedish); Patient 249 (male, 55, Viet Namese).
At Bac Ninh General Hospital, Patient 74 (male, 23, Viet Namese) has also recovered after being admitted on March 18.
During the course of treatment, the patient tested negative three times for SARS-CoV-2 on April 1, 5 and 8.
At the Ho Chi Minh City Children's Hospital, Patient 204 (male, 10, Viet Namese) was hospitalised on March 18. During treatment, the patient tested negative three times for SARS-CoV-2.
Patient 135 has also recovered at Da Nang Hospital. The female patient, 27, Viet Namese, was admitted to the hospital on March 25. She also tested negative three times for SARS-CoV-2.
At Binh Thuan General Hospital, Patient 36 (female, 64, Viet Namese) and Patient 44 (male, 11, Viet Namese) were both admitted to the hospital on March 11. During treatment, they tested negative three times for SARS-CoV-2.
At Cu Chi Covid-19 treatment hospital in HCM City, Patient 157 (female, 31, British) was admitted to the hospital on March 26, and Patient 171 (female, 19, Viet Namese) was admitted on March 28. Both have tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 three times.
All 16 patients will continue to be quarantined and monitored for the next 14 days.
As of April 10 morning, Viet Nam had confirmed 255 Covid-19 patients and no fatalities.
