This highly practical product is designed and created by a group of lecturers and students from the Da Nang Vocational Training Junior College with the aim of supporting the city’s efforts to fight Covid-19.

The simply-designed product features the joint application of automatic sensing technology and automatic control engineering.

In detail, this fully automatic and surveillance camera- integrated machine is designed to show the number of entries/exits for market-goers every day with its 2-way automated self-service barriers.

Also, an automatic touch -free hand sanitiser dispenser is attached to the gate in a bid to help market-goers disinfect their hands quickly and safely, thereby minimise the risk of resurgence of Covid-19.

The use of this smart will be expanded into other traditional markets across the city in the coming time, becoming an ideal alternative for the currently compulsory use of the city authorities-distributed coupons which allow local residents to go shopping at traditional markets for odd or even days.
