New attractions for visitors
Work started last Sunday on the Cocobay Entertainment and Tourism Complex along Truong Sa in the Hoa Hai Ward of Da Nang’s Ngu Hanh Son District.
Developed by the Empire Group, the 11,000 billion VND complex will cover an area of 31ha, including a 600m-long beachfront.
Inspired by Las Vegas, the entertainment heaven of the world, the site will feature a 1,200-seat indoor performance area and 2,000-seat outdoor area, both offering attractive daily entertainment shows.
In addition, there will be a large square for the organisation of various tourism events, the longest walking street in Viet Nam, a beach club, the luxury Vinpearl Riverfront Condotel Da Nang Apartments, and the Boutique hotel.

The first phase of the project, which will open to the public next year, includes the 2,000-seat outdoor entertainment area, the beach club, the large square, the walking street, the 1,500-seat Fishing Boat Restaurant, and the top-class Coco Ocean Resort and Spa.
Once fully operational, the new complex will offer hundreds of attractive entertainment services and is expected to attract a large number of visitors.
Previously, on 3 June, the Nui Than Tai Hot Spring Park, nestled in the Ba Na–Nui Chua Nature Reserve in Da Nang’s Hoa Vang District, officially opened to the public.

Developed by the DHC Suoi Doi company, the over 500 billion VND, 165ha park is made mainly from eco-friendly materials, including natural-stone bathtubs carved by craftsmen from the city’s Non Nuoc stone carving village.
The new park offers a wide range of healthy bathing services, including special hot minerals, mud, herbal, tea, milk and beer baths. Most notably, there is an Onsen, which highlights the virtues of ‘naked communion’ for breaking down barriers and getting to know people in a relaxing atmosphere.
Boasting the ancient architectural styles of Hoi An and Japan, the park features outdoor and indoor hot spring bathing areas, a 4-star restaurant and hotel complex, and outdoor amusement areas.
