Approval has been given by the Da Nang authorities for the Bau Tram Lakeside green urban area project to be built in the city.

Situated in Lien Chieu District’s Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, the 460,190m² project borders drainage ditches and green trees to the northwest, Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area to the southwest, a drainage system to the northeast, and the No 5 road in the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park to the southeast.

The project will feature a new residential area, plus a public park and a commercial area with a synchronous technical infrastructure system.

Developed by the Sai Gon-Da Nang Investment Corporation, the 605.2 billion VND project is expected to be completed in April 2019.
