Covering an area of 12.2ha near the Xuan Thieu Beach with the construction density is only 25%, the 19-storey tourism-entertainment area features 2 main separate subdivisions. One is 5-star hotel offering a total of 464 accommodation rooms, entertainment and recreation areas. The other is a water park located in front of the hotel, highlighting 250m-long swimming pool. The hotel and functional areas are capable of serving 6,000 guests in total each day.

A representative from the project’s developer affirmed, Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort will feature traditional Japanese-style ryokan rooms. A ryokan is a type of traditional Japanese inn that typically feature tatami-matted rooms, communal baths, and other public areas where visitors may wear yukata, and talk with the owner. The birth of the project is expected to enhance the quality of tourism services in Da Nang in the coming time.

Addressing the groundbreaking event, municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairman Le Trung Chinh hoped that the project would become a new special, high-quality tourism and real estate service in this beautiful seaside city.

Encouragingly, this important project which is drawing great public attention is expected to appeal for even more Japanese investors to the city in the coming time.

Vice Chairman Chinh also urged functional bodies to create the most favourable possible conditions for Mikazuki Hotel Group to deploy its project on schedule, and in line with the national laws.
