The State-owned Viet Nam Railways Corporation will arrange an additional 55 train journeys departing from Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City to other nationwide destinations, including Da Nang, a move to meet a growing travel demand from passengers over the upcoming Reunification Day (30 April) and Labour Day (1 May) holidays.

Additional 32 train journeys will operate on the routes between the capital city of Ha Noi to Thanh Hoa, Vinh, Dong Hoi, Hue, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Yen Bai and Lao Cai.

Meanwhile, 23 extra train rides will travel on the routes connecting HCM City with Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Quy Nhon, Nha Trang and Phan Thiet.

In particular, the HCM City - Da Nang route will see the operation of an additional pairs of trains SE27 / 28 and SE29 / 30, whilst the HCM City - Quang Ngai with SE25 / 26, the HCM City - Quy Nhon route with SQN1 / SQN2 and SQN3 / SQN4, the HCM City - Nha Trang with SNT4, SNT6, SNT8, SNT10, SNT12, SNT14, SNT3, SNT5, SNT7, SNT9 and SNT1 trains, and the HCM City- Phan Thiet with SPT4 / SPT5 trains.

Passengers can buy tickets for trips on the aforementioned routes at the Da Nang Railway Station, ticket offices and other official outlets nationwide.
