A fair featuring more than 500 farm produce, One Commune-One Product (OCOP) products and typical products from cooperatives nationwide is underway at Da Nang’s APEC Sculpture Garden.

Organised by the Da Nang Cooperative Alliance, the fair has around 50 booths of cooperatives belonging to 15 cooperative alliances of provinces and cities across the country.

Its aim is to promote the supply-demand connection, and the consumption of collective economic products; and effectively exploit the potential, advantages and contribute to the socio-economic development of each locality.

At the same time, the fair provides the good opportunity for participating cooperatives to display, introduce and promote their brands and products; as well as to meet, exchange and build cooperation and association relationships in production, business, and market expansion.

On the other hand, cooperatives are facilitated to form supply chains, improve the competitiveness of the collective economy and cooperatives, and learn from experience in building organisational and operational models of cooperatives.

The fair lasts until June 2.
