The awards ceremony for the ‘Creativity with CodeKitten’ programming contest took place in Da Nang on Thursday.

Co-organised by the municipal Youth Union and the Teky Holdings Young Innovation and Technology JSC, this year’s contest took ‘Da Nang’s children join hands to fight against COVID-19’ as its theme.

After 5 months of launching, the contest attracted more than 2,000 entries from 3.000 children citywide.

At the contest, participating children developed software products on the Codekitten.vn system, thereby creating software and information technology applications with the idea of ​​contributing to the development of the city.

As a result, the contest’s organisers awarded 1 first, 1 second, 3 third and 6 consolation prizes. Also, there were 8 prizes for entries receiving the highest number of public votes, and 2 prizes for collectives with the highest number of entrants.
