All decorations at Debay aims to create an open space close to nature, leaning against the mountain overlooking the poetic rice fields, and far away is the gentle and winding Cu De River.
There are 2 parallel wooden bridges leading to the coffee shop. Around Debay, there are a lot of flowers such as five-colour blossoms and white daisies.
In front of the shop is a large green lawn where visitors can fly kites, play some outdoor games and take photos.
Most of the tables and chairs in the shop are made by the owner himself. There are long tables suitable for families accompanied with colourful lazy chairs so you can lie down and read books in a peaceful setting.
No matter where you sit, you can still admire the beautiful and peaceful Hoa Bac natural picture.
The drink menu at the bar is quite diverse, ranging from coffee, juice, tea to fruit yogurt priced at VND25,000 - VND45,000.
On hot summer days, you are recommended to try roasted rice tea - a drink that is very good for health and skin.
In particular, the shop also serves homemade cakes such as biscuits, tiramisu, garlic butter bread and salted egg sponge, all of which have their own unique flavours to make themselves stand out from others available elsewhere.
For the sake of environmental protection, paper straws are used at the shop.
Mr. Bui Duc Vu, the owner of Debay Café said, “Debay was born with the simple desire of creating a place for you to get closer to nature and dispel fatigue after tense hours of working in the bustling city centre. Hopefully this place will be a breath of fresh air for you and even myself to retain childhood memories.”
Coming to Debay, you and your whole family can breathe some fresh air and riverside breeze, admire flowers on the hillside, look at the clouds in the sky and sip a cup of coffee or other cool drinks.
