The Youth Union organisation of An Khe Ward in Da Nang’s Thanh Khe District in coordination with the city-based BTEC FPT International College are launching a contest to design posters themed ‘Joining the efforts to eliminate the coronavirus’, and it runs until 2.00pm on 19 August.

The contest is open to all amateur and professional painters across Da Nang with the aim of lifting the spirits in Da Nang in the face of the coronavirus crisis. 

Entrants are required to submit their own version from videos, photos, handmade drawings and paintings to digital graphics in order to convey messages of “Da Nang is determined to eliminate the coronavirus” or “Viet Nam aims for zero reported cases”, as a way to express Da Nang’s strong determination to stamp out the coronavirus outbreak completely.

After 6 days of launching the contest, the organisers have received a sum of nearly 100 works from people of different age groups, of which, more than 80 have been posted on social network sites.
